hi, if you don’t know me - read this first. but if you know me, then you’re well aware of how passionate this type-a entrepreneur is about helping others achieve ambitious goals.
i’ve been through every stage of business: launching a start-up on a tight budget, managing a team while also running lean by meticulously managing cashflow, scaling a product business by landing the nation’s largest retailers + then selling a lifestyle brand for millions. I GET IT. my goal is to leverage what i’ve learned in my 15+ years as an entrepreneur to accelerate your process, whether it’s bringing an idea to life, scaling sales, or eyeing an exit. i don’t take it lightly if you’d like me to be your guide as you grow your business. i’ve been there, which is why i’ve pulled together ways you can work with me, regardless of where you’re at on your wild ride as an entrepreneur.
all sessions are live via zoom, not pre-recorded or some course or program to ultimately up-sell you. it’s just you + me working together to catapult your concept, but in case you’re wondering: working with me is always 100% confidential + clients will be provided with t+c’s beforehand to put your mind at ease.
OPTION A:
AD HOC ADVICE
wanna pick my brain on biz? or perhaps you’re looking for a motivational kick in the keister? i’m not usually a fan of ad hoc advice. one-off convos may actually hinder (not help) because they often lack clarity + context. that said, sometimes you just need someone to bounce an idea off of – or you may not have budget (yet) to bring on a business consultant. whether it’s your business or personal brand, there’s little i love more than batting brilliant ideas around with entrepreneurs. perfect for: concept creation + ideation, brand identity audits, or product-market fit, i’m all yours for a 1-hour sesh to get you + your idea(s) well on your way. if my methods work for you, there’s limited space to book me monthly for added accountability.
OPTION B:
BUSINESS + BRANDING
wanna dive a bit deeper? in the matter of 4 hours (or two 2-hour sessions if you prefer), we’ll dig into your marketing, branding, sales + logistics, or perhaps you wanna delve more into product development, design, procurement + placement. got specific pressing issues you wanna talk through? bring it. come with questions + you’ll walk away with clarity. but wait, there’s more! as a follow-up deliverable, you’ll be provided with a 1-page pdf of key takeaways + actionable recommendations as a follow-up to our convo delivered within a week(ish). note: if you go this route + decide to upgrade to a monthly coaching client, we’ll apply what you paid for this to your first month! this a great way to see if we work well together.
OPTION C:
COACHING CONSULTS
part strategy, part entrepreneurial therapy, this is the best option if you've got the ideas, but need a strategic shove in the right direction toward reaching your business goals. note: this is not for newbies. if you have an idea, but no biz (yet), opt for one of the above options. monthly coaching consults are for entrepreneurs who need an advisor to accelerate growth, have access to capital + are willing to invest in the future of their business. we'll fine-tune your branding, dial in your marketing, identify ways to scale sales, dig into logistics, polish up presentations to accelerate product placement, whatever it takes to get you where you're going. if we identify additional project work that needs to be done, that may be additional (see + projects below). in addition to 1:1 advice, insights + guidance to fast-track your growth, monthly clients get:... - 4-hour strategy sesh to kickstart working together
- two 1-hour calls per month
- touch-base email communications between calls
- access to industry connections, valuable vendors + product partners
- 3 or 6-month commitment with monthly/up-front payment plan options
+ PLUS PROJECTS
available only to monthly coaching clients, sometimes we’ll identify additional work that needs to be done where we need to pull in more pros. you’ll have exclusive access to our team with crazy amounts of expertise in:
